Beginning his career at JCPenney, Bradley gained invaluable retail experience and a gut intuition for how to treat people. He started with TORQ Distribution (then BG Services) in 2001 as a Territory Manager in the St. Louis Market. In 2003, he took on a management role and moved to Springfield, MO, where he oversaw different portions of the organization until 2011 when he and Don Suftko purchased the business from its previous owners.
TORQ Distribution expanded into the Kansas City region in 2014, and in 2016, Bradley made the decision to move his family to the area in order to further facilitate growth in the Kansas City Market. Bradley’s greatest passion in life is helping others realize their best version of themselves and assisting them in becoming that person. Whether with his teammates or clients, Bradley is always looking for opportunities to help others grow personally and professionally.
Bradley Mounts was born and grew up in St. Louis, MO. He received a Bachelor’s in Marketing Sales/Sales Management from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Bradley is married with three children and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, taking in the mountains or going on a family hike. In his free time, Bradley likes road and mountain cycling as well as entertaining family and friends around the grill.
Don Suftko has always had the grit needed to run a successful company. Starting out selling industrial electronics in Chicago after college and bouncing around the electronics industry for a few years, Bradley Mounts convinced him to join TORQ Distribution (then BG Services) in 2003 as a Territory Manager. Over the next few years, Don worked his way into a Regional Sales Management role and in 2011 partnered with Bradley Mounts to take over ownership of TORQ Distribution.
Not your typical entrepreneur, Don didn’t invent a cool new product or idea; instead, he has a strong talent for taking processes and opportunities and making them better (much better). He brings with him accountability, leadership, a desire to serve others, and the unique ability to problem solve as he helps our client, the leadership team and all of TORQ Distribution move forward.
Don Suftko was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. While earning his Bachelor’s in Marketing with an emphasis in sales at Missouri State University, Don joined Alpha Kappa Psi, a business fraternity where he met Bradley Mounts, his future business partner. Don is married with two children and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time at the lake with his friends and family.
Jordan Meyer began his career in the car business in 2001 and advanced quickly through various levels of dealership management before joining TORQ Distribution in 2008 as a Territory Manager. Even with his extensive dealership management background, Jordan found the Fixed Operations side of the business to be a new and exciting challenge. Jordan developed into one of the top performing reps in the country, by helping clients increase the profitability of their business. Before taking on the role of General Manager, Jordan managed and lead TORQ’s sales team for several years. You can now find him on the TORQ leadership team, where he over sees Finance, Logistics and Sales.
Jordan Meyer was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He is married with two children and enjoys traveling with his family, helping coach his children’s sports teams, and serving in his community in many ways.
Craig Wagner joined TORQ Distribution in 2013 and has been essential in helping the company grow into the dynamic organization that it is today. Finding an organization with the purposeful mission of serving their clients, the industry, and its employees has been the highlight of his career. Being a member of the Torq family has allowed him to pursue his passion to invent, create, and shape the future of TORQ. He is proud to be a part of a company that supports his personal and professional goals while allowing him to pay the same forward for his clients and team members.
Craig was born in Camp Lejeune, NC and raised in St. Louis, MO. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Missouri S & T and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Craig turned his love of math and science into an engineering career where he spent thirteen years driving chemical manufacturing excellence before joining TORQ. Craig is married with three children and enjoys cycling, golf, woodworking, home improvement, and spending time with his family and friends at the lake.
Kevin Peck began his career in the merchant services industry, selling credit card processing and transaction equipment. In 2005, Kevin joined TORQ Distribution as a Territory Manager. He thrived on serving dealership clients, helping them grow their businesses and never giving up on helping be their best. These days Kevin is busy overseeing the sales team at TORQ, leading and developing our Territory Managers to become the best at their craft as well as helping them achieve both their professional and personal goals.
Kevin was born in Arlington, TX, then moved to Littleton, CO where he mostly grew up. Kevin went to Missouri State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Advertising and Promotion. Kevin is married with three children and loves sports, traveling with his family, helping coach his children’s sports teams, and taking in many other outdoor activities.
Tommy Makowsky began his career in sales with TORQ Distribution, where he quickly discovered a passion for the financial side of the business. Now leading the Finance department, Tommy and his team are hard at work implementing the company’s financial vision. In addition to overseeing the financial strategy, he is also involved in the HR and employee experience side of the business, working to foster a positive and productive work environment. His commitment to driving growth for both TORQ Distribution and its clients, combined with his focus on leadership and team development, has made him an important component in the company’s success.
Tommy was born in Waukesha, WI, and raised in St. Louis, MO. He attended the University of Missouri, earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and later obtained a Master’s in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Tommy is married with one son and enjoys spending time with his family, as well as golfing and staying active. His early experiences as a competitive wrestler taught him the value of grit and humility, lessons he carries with him in both his personal and professional life.
Beginning his journey in the automotive industry in the software sector, Mike Lasuzzo learned the business side of the industry quickly. Joining TORQ Distribution in October of 2014 as a Territory Manager in Columbia, MO, he showed early on his grit and that failure or giving up was simply not an option. Motivated by growth and the desire to serve others, Mike joined Don Suftko and Bradley Mounts in May 2018 and took TORQ Distribution to the state of Arkansas as a Managing Partner. Mike’s greatest passion is to help others grow, both personally and professionally, whether that’s his team members, clients, or family. His greatest pride in life is leading others to become the best possible version of themselves.
Mike Lasuzzo, born in Monroe, Louisiana, grew up in the suburbs of Dallas, TX and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of North Texas. Mike is married with two children, enjoys beach vacations, fishing, and sitting around their backyard firepit with his family and friends.
